1 ) Sleep pattern changes- wakening up more frequently in the night, long periods of not getting to sleep, over sleeping, is your feet to hot or to cold, are you tossing and turning in your sleep? is the first sign of spiritual awakening.

2 ) Different sensations around the top of your head (crown) if the crown of your head is tingling, itchy,sensations of something crawling about your head or your crown is vibrating theses may all be symptoms of spiritual awakening.

3) Your emotions changing, you could be crying for no apparent reason, you could be experiencing bursts of anger that is coming from no where even when this is not your character,you may also be feeling lonely or depressed, feelings that you have maybe buried inside you that you don’t want to resurface all may crop up all these feelings need to be faced in some way or other as they may need some form of completion or at the very least they need to be sorted through.

4 ) Maybe your eating habits have also changed as you may be experiencing weird or strange cravings or your maybe not as hungry or full as usual and this could even cause you to lose or gain weight is another classic sign of spiritual awakening.

5 )  When you experience spiritual awakening your senses also get tweaked in some form or other usually by your senses becoming more amplified, you may find that your vision has become blurry, you may be seeing auras around people,plants animals anything really as everything has an aura,you may also be taking more notice of colours as they will become more brighter and your hearing will become more clearer, maybe your hearing the birds singing, the bee’s buzzing or whoosihing or ringing in your ears.

6 ) Your having sudden bursts of energy or your feeling suddenly that you are feeling depleted or lacking energy.

7 ) Physical problems is also very likely when you are experiencing spiritual awakening as you may suffer headaches that won’t go away, flu like symptoms, backache, changes in your sexual desire, just remember that all these symptoms are just temporary.

8 ) You may have increased communication with the spirit world,angels or spirit guides you may experience this as a thought, see pictures of loved ones etc.

Eastern religions  call spiritual awakening the awakening of your kundalini which can be a wake up call to those people who are experiencing it.
